Blue Shift or Red Disaster? The 2024 Election Comes.

I have been following this election closer than most, and I have to say I have no clue who is going to win. Kamala surprised me with her campaign’s hostile takeover and perfect launch. She continued with her pick of progressive powerhouse Tim Walz instead of the easier, more “obvious” choice of Josh Shapiro. The decrepit menace of Trump continues to barrel forward with his election-denying fiends and weasel of a henchman in JD Vance. They represent everything that is wrong with my beloved country, yet they still find a place in the hearts and minds of many.

The polls are deadlocked. They warp and weft, wax and wane with the days and cycles, but the two remain tied in the swing states — Kamala leading here, Trump leading there.

Trump got a bountiful shift on election day in 2016 that won him the election. Another red shift exploded in 2020 that strengthened his hand and abetted his chaos. The Democrats returned the favor in 2022 with a shift of their own, obliterating pundits and polls and turning MAGA maniacs away -sending them back to the depths.

January 6th, democracy, and women’s rights, were on the ballot — but so was the economy.
